Morocco's new-car market sells close to 180,000 units a year, led by five groups: Renault (Renault + Dacia, ~25%), Hyundai-Kia (~15%), the Stellantis Group (Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Fiat; ~12%), Volkswagen Group (VW, Audi, Skoda, Cupra; ~9%) and Toyota (~8%). Chinese brands (BYD, Chery, MG, Geely) are climbing fast and now account for nearly 8% of 2026 sales, especially in electric.
