About Tesla

Tesla, Inc. (Palo Alto, California, 2003 — Elon Musk since 2004) is the maker that democratised the premium electric car — the 2012 Model S proved an electric sedan could beat German ICE on performance and range, and the Model 3 (2017) then Model Y (2020) became the world's best-selling electric cars (Model Y = global best-seller 2023 across all categories). In Morocco, Tesla established an official direct presence since late 2022 — not via a third-party importer like most MA brands, but via Tesla Maroc (direct Tesla subsidiary) with an official service centre in Casablanca Aïn Sebaâ + online direct-order showroom. The Tesla Supercharger network in Morocco has expanded: 3 stations in 2023 (Casa, Tangier, Marrakech), 7 stations by end-2026 (adding Rabat, Agadir, Fes, Settat). The 2026 MA lineup spans four models: Model 3 (mid-size sedan, 2024 Highland redesign), Model Y (crossover C-SUV, global best-seller), Model S (full-size sedan, Plaid 1,020 hp), and Model X (7-seat D-SUV, Falcon Wing butterfly doors). Tesla MA positions itself on three pillars: Autopilot and Full Self-Driving technology (most advanced worldwide, paid beta), dense MA Supercharger network (~7 stations 2026), software OTA updates (the car evolves after purchase).
