Data controller
The data controller for personal data collected on ovoiture.ma is BrowdApps LLC (Wyoming, USA). Contact: privacy@ovoiture.ma.
What we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Voluntarily provided — name, e-mail, phone, message submitted via our forms (contact, listing inquiry, newsletter signup).
- Browsing — pages visited, time on page, device type, browser — captured via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless).
- Technical — IP address (anonymised by Cloudflare before logging), user-agent, preferred language — used for site security and fraud detection.
Purposes
Your data is used to:
- Respond to requests sent through our forms (dealer connection, support, partnerships).
- Improve the content and performance of the site (aggregate browsing statistics).
- Send our newsletter if you've explicitly opted in.
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
Retention
Form data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, unless you request deletion. Aggregate browsing data is kept for 26 months (Google Analytics 4 default). Security logs are kept for 30 days.
Sharing with third parties
Your data is never sold. It may be shared with:
- Dealers or importers only when you explicitly ask us to facilitate a connection (e.g. "Request a quote").
- Our technical sub-processors (Cloudflare for hosting, Google for analytics) — under GDPR-compliant data protection agreements.
Your rights
Under Morocco Law 09-08 and EU GDPR, you have the right of:
- Access — get a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Objection — object to a specific processing (notably marketing).
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Exercising your rights
To exercise these rights, write to privacy@ovoiture.ma. We respond within 30 days. If our answer is unsatisfactory, you may file a complaint with the CNDP (Morocco data-protection authority — www.cndp.ma) or your local EU equivalent.
