Pros
- Truly 7 seats — 3rd row genuinely usable (vs Tucson, short Tiguan)
- STLA Medium platform = future BEV compatible (E-5008 expected 2027)
- 21" panoramic screen on GT Pack — largest in category
- 48V mild-hybrid — ultra-fast stop-start
- 600 L boot (3rd row folded) — generous for family
Watch out for
- 145 hp a bit underpowered for 1,700 kg + 7 passengers on motorway
- Boot only 197 L with 3rd row deployed
- No 100% electric version in Morocco in 2026 (E-5008 expected 2027)
Our verdict
The Peugeot 5008 2026 (3rd-gen launched 2024) is Peugeot's large 7-seat SUV — the lengthened version of the 3008. In Morocco, Centrale Peugeot Maroc (Stellantis) offers the Hybrid 145 version: 1.2 PureTech + 48V mild-hybrid electric motor = 145 hp combined, 6-speed e-DCS6 gearbox, FWD. The fully electric E-5008 is not yet imported in Morocco in 2026 (expected 2027). Three trims: Allure (489k), GT (529k), GT Pack (569k).\n\nAt this price (489-569k MAD), the 5008 competes with the Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace (~499k+ MAD, also 7-seat), Hyundai Santa Fe (~459k+ MAD, 7-seat hybrid), Skoda Kodiaq (~519k+ MAD, 7-seat), Mercedes GLB (~659k+, premium 7-seat). The 5008's strength = truly usable 3rd row (≠ 5-seat Tucson) + modern Peugeot design (i-Cockpit with 21" panoramic screen on GT Pack) + Stellantis STLA Medium platform with multi-energy architecture (future BEV-compatible). Weaknesses: 145 hp slightly underpowered for 1,700 kg + 7 passengers, modest 5.7 L/100 km mixed vs 5.9 L Santa Fe Hybrid (2.5 L combined turbo + electric), boot space reduced by deployed 3rd row (197 L vs 600 L 3rd-row folded).

How we calculate
The most accurate used-car estimator in Morocco. Our prices are calibrated on the real Moroccan market: official dealer prices, resale ranges observed on the leading second-hand platforms, brand-by-brand resilience (Toyota, Renault and Dacia hold their value better; German premium drops faster after year 4; Chinese newcomers depreciate faster), a progressive mileage penalty and segment-level variance. Methodology continuously updated.
