Our verdict

The Nissan Qashqai 2026 (3rd generation restyled 2024) is the global pioneer of the C-SUV crossover (launched 2007, over 4 million units sold) and the C-SUV best-seller in Morocco — around 35% of Nissan sales in the Kingdom. In Morocco, Auto Nejma offers two drivetrains, both electrified: Qashqai Mild Hybrid 158 hp (1.3 DIG-T + 12V MHEV, Xtronic CVT, 309-359k MAD) and Qashqai e-POWER 190 hp (1.5 gasoline generator + 100% electric drive, no external charging, 379-419k). Four trims: Visia, Acenta, Tekna, Tekna+. The Qashqai takes on the Hyundai Tucson PHEV (~339k+, plug-in hybrid), the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid (~519k+, more premium), the Peugeot 3008 (~339k+, mild-hybrid), and the Renault Austral E-Tech (~449k+, 200 hp full hybrid). The Qashqai e-POWER is unique in Morocco: EV driving feel (instant torque, silence) without the charging-station constraint — the gasoline engine only acts as a generator, never as drive. 5.3 L/100 km mixed consumption. MA target: 35-50 year-old executive family, liberal profession, first C-SUV after a B-SUV — the perfect Swiss-army-knife car for Casablanca-Rabat-Tangier daily life.

How we calculate

The most accurate used-car estimator in Morocco. Our prices are calibrated on the real Moroccan market: official dealer prices, resale ranges observed on the leading second-hand platforms, brand-by-brand resilience (Toyota, Renault and Dacia hold their value better; German premium drops faster after year 4; Chinese newcomers depreciate faster), a progressive mileage penalty and segment-level variance. Methodology continuously updated.

Frequently asked

How much does the Nissan Qashqai cost in Morocco in 2026?
Qashqai Mild Hybrid 158 hp starts at 309,000 MAD (Visia), 339k (Acenta), 359k (Tekna). Qashqai e-POWER 190 hp at 379-419k (Acenta / Tekna / Tekna+). Auto Nejma 2026 prices, excluding options and registration.
Qashqai e-POWER or Toyota RAV4 Hybrid — which to pick?
The RAV4 Hybrid (519-579k MAD) is more premium — bigger (4.60 m vs 4.43 m), more powerful (218 hp vs 190), 4WD available (the Qashqai e-POWER is FWD only), better resale (~70% vs 62%). The Qashqai e-POWER (379-419k) is 130-160k cheaper, more modern stylistically, very different EV driving feel (more immediate torque). Verdict: RAV4 Hybrid if you value 4WD, space and resale; Qashqai e-POWER if you value value-for-money, design and the EV feel in town.
How does e-POWER technology work?
The 1.5 turbo gasoline engine (148 hp) only runs to feed a 2.1 kWh buffer battery (never as direct drive). This battery powers an electric motor (190 hp on drive) which pushes the car. Result: EV feel (instant torque, one-pedal drive, silence), no charging station needed (you fill with gasoline like a normal car), 5.3 L/100 km mixed. It's an ideal compromise between EV and combustion for Morocco where the charging network remains limited outside big cities.
Does the Qashqai have a 4WD mode or ProPILOT in Morocco?
ProPILOT (level-2 semi-autonomous driving: lane keeping, adaptive ACC, traffic-jam follow) is standard on Tekna and Tekna+. 4WD mode isn't available in Morocco — all Qashqai versions in the Auto Nejma catalogue are FWD. For 4WD, look at the X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE (~459k+, dual-motor electric 4WD) or move up to the Patrol.
