About Aprilia

Aprilia, the Italian Noale-based brand (Veneto region) founded in 1945 and acquired by the Piaggio Group in 2004, is one of the biggest racing reference names in motorcycle history — 54 world Grand Prix titles (second most-titled constructor behind Honda), an award-winning RSV4 World Superbike platform, and racing DNA transposed onto every road model. In Morocco, Aprilia is distributed by Piaggio Maroc (the Piaggio Group importer, which also handles Vespa, Piaggio and Moto Guzzi) through a small but premium network: dealers in Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech, with a service point in Tanger. Clear positioning: high-end technical bikes, high prices but unquestionable performance and racing prestige. The Moroccan lineup focuses on the essentials — RS 660 and Tuono 660 (recent 660cc parallel-twin middleweight platform, Aprilia's commercial breakthrough in the 100k MAD bracket), and the SR GT 200 scooter (urban + light-adventure). Assumed niche market (< 100 units/year in Morocco), but a stable presence for over 15 years and a loyal enthusiast base on the Casa-Rabat axis.
