Pros
- Cheapest real A2 full-fairing supersport in Morocco (55,900 MAD)
- 449cc / 50 hp — more displacement and power than the Ninja 400 (399cc / 45 hp) and R3 (321cc / 42 hp)
- Full Bosch electronics: standard dual-channel ABS, optional quickshifter, 5" connected TFT
- Aero with winglets, radical sport riding position — Panigale look at A2 price
- CFMoto 5-year manufacturer warranty (vs 2 years on Kawasaki / Yamaha)
Watch out for
- Fast Y1-Y2 depreciation: -35 to -40% at 24 months vs -20 to -25% for Ninja 400
- CFMoto Maroc network still limited (Casa-Rabat prioritised, parts outside the corridor to be verified)
- Brand image still building with purists — resale to a connoisseur may depreciate further
Our verdict
The CFMoto 450SR is China's genuine A2 sport bike — not a dressed-up roadster, but a wind-tunnel supersport with Panigale V4-inspired aero winglets, radical riding position (low clip-ons, rear-set pegs) and full fairing as complete as the Ninja 400. Mechanics: 449cc parallel-twin DOHC 8-valve, 50 hp / 39.3 Nm at 9,500 rpm (A2-restrictable to 47.5 hp for strict homologation), liquid cooling, Bosch EFI, slipper clutch, 6-speed gearbox, up-and-down quickshifter optional (+2,800 MAD). Steel tubular trellis frame, KYB 37 mm USD fork, preload-adjustable rear mono-shock, J.Juan 320 mm front disc + 4-piston radial caliper, Bosch dual-channel ABS standard. 172 kg dry, 795 mm seat height (accessible for riders <175 cm), 14 L tank, 5" colour TFT with smartphone connectivity.
From 55,900 MAD (standard) to 64,900 MAD (quickshifter pack + Racing Blue livery), the 450SR takes on the Kawasaki Ninja 400 (~74,900 MAD at Premium Motors, 399cc twin 45 hp), the Yamaha R3 (~69,500 MAD, 321cc twin 42 hp), the Aprilia RS 457 (~89,000 MAD at Piaggio network, 457cc twin 47.6 hp) and the older KTM RC 390 (373cc single 44 hp, ~72,000 MAD). The 450SR is the only genuine A2 supersport under 65k MAD on the Moroccan market — 15 to 25k MAD cheaper than the Ninja 400 for a larger displacement (449 vs 399cc), 5 extra horses and richer electronics (quickshifter, connected TFT, same Bosch ABS). The compromise is known and honest: fast Y1-Y2 depreciation (expect -35 to -40% after 24 months, vs -20 to -25% on a Ninja 400), young CFMoto Maroc network (2-3 active dealers in Casablanca-Rabat, parts availability outside the Atlantic corridor needs verification) and a brand image still being built with purists who prefer the Kawasaki badge. Verdict: first-time A2 riders on a tight budget who want a real full-fairing supersport, or an experienced rider who accepts the depreciation hit against 20k MAD saved on a second track-day bike.
Morocco price benchmark
What's your used CFMoto 450SR worth?
Median and indicative range by year and mileage. Open methodology, refreshed continuously.
How we calculate
The most accurate used-car estimator in Morocco. Every estimate blends three signals: (1) official new-car prices published by Moroccan importers (source: our verified model fiches), (2) real listings posted by actual private and professional sellers across the main Moroccan used-car marketplaces for the same brand + model + year (±2 years), and (3) brand-specific depreciation curves calibrated on the Moroccan market (Toyota, Renault and Dacia hold value better; German premium drops faster after year 4; Chinese newcomers depreciate faster). We also apply a −5 to −10 % adjustment to convert asking-price into real transaction price (typical Moroccan negotiation margin). The calculation is regenerated on every new observation; models with at least 3 recent listings are flagged "Observed data" in the result. The (model, year, mileage) cache is refreshed every 30 days or when the new-car price shifts by more than 5 %.
